Common questions

The fine print, in plain language

Honest answers to what owners actually ask before signing with any agency.

How fast will we see results?

Follow-up fixes and landing page improvements often show results within weeks, because they convert demand you already have. Paid campaigns typically need 60 to 90 days of testing before spend settles into a reliable return. Anyone promising overnight results is guessing with your budget.

Is ad spend included in the price?

No. Ad spend is billed directly to you by the platforms (Google, Meta, and others), so you always see exactly what media costs. Our fee covers strategy, creative, management, and the systems around them. We never mark up media.

What is the contract?

A three-month initial term, then month to month with 30 days notice. The initial term exists because campaigns need testing time to produce honest data, not because we want to lock you in.

Who owns the accounts, website, and data?

You do. Ad accounts, website, CRM, and every asset we create are set up under your ownership from day one. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you, organized and documented.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

Not by default. We start with what you already have and only recommend a change when a tool is actively costing you leads or hours. Any new tool we add is in your name, not ours.

How do you use AI? Will it sound like a robot?

AI drafts, humans approve. Every automated reply and piece of content runs through brand guardrails and human review, so customers hear your voice. And the data your campaigns generate stays organized and in context, which means the system keeps getting smarter the longer it runs.

What do you need from us?

About two hours a month: a review call, fast approvals on creative, and honest feedback on lead quality. We handle the rest.

Before you hire anyone

Five questions to ask any agency, including us

Take these into every sales call. A good partner answers all five without flinching.

Who owns the ad accounts and the data?
How we answer You do, from day one. Leaving an agency should never mean starting your marketing history from zero. If an agency hesitates on this question, end the call.
How will I know it is working?
How we answer A monthly report you can read in five minutes: spend, leads, closed revenue by channel, and what changes next. If a report needs a translator, it is hiding something.
Who actually does the work?
How we answer The people you meet on the first call. No handoff to an anonymous queue after the contract is signed.
What happens in the first 30 days?
How we answer Access, tracking, baselines, and a written 90-day plan before meaningful spend. If an agency starts spending before it starts measuring, your money is funding their learning curve.
How exactly do you use AI?
How we answer Ask them to draw the line between what AI drafts and what a person approves. If they cannot draw that line, there is no line. Ours: AI handles drafts, variants, and data organization; a human approves everything a customer sees.
